Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Management:
- Manage and oversee daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Ensure accurate recording and classification of financial data.
- Financial Reporting:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Analyze financial statements to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
- Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Assist in the development and management of budgets.
- Provide financial forecasts and analysis to support decision-making.
- Tax Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and filing requirements.
- Prepare and submit tax returns and other statutory reports.
- Auditing:
- Coordinate internal and external audits.
- Provide support and documentation for audit processes.
- Payroll Management:
- Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment to employees.
- Maintain payroll records and related documentation.
- Financial Controls:
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Accounts Reconciliation:
- Perform regular reconciliations of bank accounts and other financial records.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial statements.
- Vendor and Client Relations:
- Manage relationships with vendors and clients regarding financial matters.
- Address any billing or payment issues promptly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional accounting certification.
- Proven experience as an accountant or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
