We are seeking a Senior Accountant with at least 4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English, well-versed in Zoho Books and Microsoft Dynamics, and capable of managing financial reporting, balance sheets, profit & loss statements, reconciliations, and compliance requirements.
Please note: The candidate must provide an experience letter from their previous company.
Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Prepare financial statements, management reports, and bank reconciliations.
- Perform comprehensive reconciliations including:
- Bank accounts
- Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Payroll and employee expenses
- VAT and Corporate Tax
- General Ledger and sub-ledgers
- Prepare and analyze balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and financial reports.
- Handle VAT filing, corporate tax compliance, and coordinate with auditors for financial audits.
- Use Zoho Books and Microsoft Dynamics for bookkeeping, reporting, and reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with UAE regulations.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.
- Ensure timely payroll processing and expense management.
- Collaborate with management to support financial decision-making.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of accounting experience.
- Proficiency in Zoho Books & Microsoft Dynamics.
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, financial reporting, and auditing.
- Must provide an experience letter from the previous company.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas).
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
