Yasmac Equipment Rental & Repairing LLC is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will manage accounting operations across multiple branches and ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee day-to-day accounting functions across all branches.
- Prepare financial statements, bank reconciliations, and month-end closing reports.
- Monitor accounts receivable/payable and ensure timely collections and payments.
- Supervise data entry, ledger updates, and VAT compliance.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors.
- Support financial planning, budgeting, and cash flow management.
- Ensure adherence to accounting policies and internal controls.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in a similar accounting role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, ERP).
- Excellent understanding of UAE VAT regulations.
- Driving license preferred (for branch visits or coordination).
- Good communication and reporting skills.
