Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in managing payables, VAT filing, and working with Tally software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage all vendor payments accurately and on time
- Maintain up-to-date records of all payables and reconciliations
- Prepare and file VAT returns in compliance with UAE regulations
- Coordinate with internal departments and vendors regarding payment issues
- Ensure proper documentation and accounting of all transactions in Tally
- Assist in month-end closing and audit preparations
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable
- Strong knowledge of Tally software
- Experience in VAT filing within the UAE
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Apply only if your salary expectations are within AED 3,500 to 5,000.
