Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Assistant Receptionist & Admin to support the front desk operations and assist with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, while also ensuring smooth office functions through efficient administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
Reception Duties:
- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and staff in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Schedule appointments and manage bookings efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming reception area.
Administrative Duties:
- Handle data entry, filing, scanning, and document management.
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and office records.
- Assist with inventory and ordering of office or front desk supplies.
- Coordinate with other departments and provide clerical support as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and administrative policies.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Presentable and professional appearance.
