Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Reliever for the Admin cum Receptionist position to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle front-desk duties and provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize office operations, procedures, and administrative systems.
- Maintain and update company records, files, and databases.
- Served as the primary point of contact for visitors and inquiries.
- Biometric enrollment for new hires.
- Deletion of the biometric access in the system for those employees who resigned and were terminated.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications professionally.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize appointments.
- Conducted onboarding for new hires and ensured smooth integration into the company.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies by posting job openings on Indeed and scheduling interviews.
- Monitoring and coordinating visa processing, renewal, and cancellation with PRO.
- Administer manual payroll and pay slip.
- Prepare offer letter, employment verification, salary certificates, and disciplinary notices when required.
- Monitoring office supplies, such as stationery, coffee machine stocks, and printer toner.
- Prepare purchase requisitions and ensure the timely delivery of orders.
- Track inventory levels and reorder stock as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Can join immediately.
Notes:
- The selected candidate will start as soon as possible.
- Office Schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday-Thursday), 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Friday).
- Must have own visa.
