We are a fast-growing real estate brokerage seeking a highly organized and dynamic Admin & Telecaller to be the operational backbone of our sales team. This is a multifaceted role perfect for someone who is an excellent communicator, thrives on variety, and is meticulous with details. You will be the crucial link between our clients, agents, and the government authorities, ensuring smooth operations from the first cold call to the final deal registration.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Telecalling & Lead Management (Primary Duty):
- Conduct cold calling to potential clients from provided lists to generate new leads and appointments for the sales team.
- Handle inbound calls, qualify leads, and provide basic information about our properties and services.
- Schedule and confirm property viewings and meetings for the sales agents.
2. RERA & DLD Deal Processing (Critical Function):
- Prepare, review, and submit all necessary documentation for property transactions through the Dubai Land Department (DLD) and RERA portals.
- Ensure all contracts (MOA), Forms A, and other legal documents are accurately completed and compliant with current regulations.
- Liaise with the DLD, Trakheesi, and other governmental authorities to process permits, registrations, and approvals.
- Manage the Ejari registration and renewal process for properties under management.
- Maintain an organized digital and physical filing system for all transaction records.
3. Administrative Support:
- Provide general administrative support to the management and sales team.
- Manage office supplies, coordinate couriers, and handle routine correspondence.
- Assist in preparing marketing materials, presentations, and reports as needed.
- Help in organizing client events and office meetings.
Who We Are Looking For (Requirements):
- Must have proven experience in cold calling. (A strong, confident phone manner)
- Must have hands-on experience with RERA and DLD procedures and online systems (e.g., typing Oqood, submitting MOUs, processing transactions).
- Excellent command of English (both written and spoken). Knowledge of Arabic, Russian, or other languages is a significant advantage.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Outstanding organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional presentation and a positive, can-do attitude.
- A relevant administrative diploma or degree is preferred.
