We’re looking for an Admin cum Content Creator for our Videos. A Female who is organized, creative, and passionate about both real estate and social media content.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily administrative tasks related to handling building management tasks, property listings, client coordination, and document management.
- Create engaging TikTok/Instagram videos showcasing properties, tips, and real estate trends. Collaborate with teem members.
Requirements:
A Female with minimum 1 year of admin experience in a reputed real estate company.
- Basic knowledge of the Ajman real estate market.
- Experience handling property and building management tasks.
- Basic to intermediate videography skills (shooting and editing short videos).
- Comfortable using a smartphone or camera to film property walkthroughs and lifestyle content.
- Familiarity with TikTok trends basic knowledge of video editing apps (e.g. CapCut, InShot, VN, Canva).
Advantage if on a sponsored visa (e.g. husband/family visa)
Bonus Points If You Have:
- An active social media account with 30K+ followers on TikTok or Instagram.
- Prior experience creating real estate or lifestyle content.
