Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Officer who holds their own valid visa (Freelance/Spouse/Family) to join our team. The ideal candidate will support daily office operations and assist with general administrative and clerical tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital).
- Assist with HR support, including attendance tracking and staff documentation.
- Handle basic bookkeeping, invoicing, and petty cash reports (if required).
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and schedules for management.
- Assist with document preparation and proofreading.
- Perform other related administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
- Must have a valid own visa (Freelance/Spouse/Family visa).
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Trustworthy, professional, and detail-oriented.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,200.00 per month
