Category Duties & Responsibilities
Accounting & Financial Management - Prepare and maintain daily sales, purchase, and expense records.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare invoices, bills, and receipts using accounting software.
- Ensure accurate VAT calculation and submission as per UAE regulations.
- Assist external auditors with required documentation.
- Prepare periodic financial reports for the Owner.
Administrative & Clerical Duties - Manage all paper and digital records including job cards, invoices, receipts, and employee files.
- Coordinate with vendors for timely parts procurement and service contracts.
- Ensure all forms, reports, and checklists are updated and available.
- Assist in maintaining office supplies and administrative tools.
- Support the Owner in correspondence and follow-up tasks.
Customer Support / Service Advisor Backup - Handle front desk duties when Floor Manager is occupied or unavailable.
- Greet customers and assist in logging their job requirements.
- Explain basic repair procedures, timelines, and cost estimates.
- Ensure job cards are opened accurately and updated.
- Issue bills and receipts after job completion.
Garage Operational Understanding - Maintain an overview of garage workload and technician productivity.
- Assist in basic inventory checks and part management.
- Support implementation of service schedules and customer follow-ups.
- Ensure all staff follow administrative processes and documentation protocols.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
