Boxaat Gifts LLC, a leading manufacturer and packaging company in the UAE, is seeking an experienced Administrative Employee to join our team. We specialize in creating custom gift boxes that blend elegance and quality, providing unique solutions for our clients' gifting needs.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain documents (both soft copy and hard copy)
- Handle Production Team
- Order materials and follow up with suppliers
- Telesales and marketing
- Accounting background Preferred
- Introduce and share brochures with potential customers
- Update daily transactions in the system
- Handle administrative tasks and sales coordination
- Communicate effectively with clients and relevant companies
- Utilize computer software for administrative and secretarial work
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in the UAE in a similar field (gift box manufacturing/packaging/administration)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Knowledge about suppliers and products is preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently
- Own visa preferred
