We are seeking a highly motivated Admissions Officer with a strong sales background to join our growing institution. In this target-driven role, you will be the key point of contact for prospective students, combining your sales expertise with a passion for education to convert inquiries into enrollments. Your ability to understand student needs, articulate program benefits, and close enrollments will directly contribute to our institutional growth.
Location: Ajman
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide prospective students through academic program options, admissions processes, and career opportunities.
- Deliver personalized consultations to assess individual goals and boost successful enrollment.
- Perform regular follow-ups with leads and consistently meet monthly and quarterly recruitment objectives.
- Oversee the entire admissions process, ensuring accurate and timely data entry and updates in the CRM system.
- Evaluate enrollment data to spot trends and recommend improvements for efficiency.
- Act as the institution’s representative at education fairs, exhibitions, and outreach events.
- Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with students, parents, and academic partners.
Qualifications:
- 3–4 years of proven experience in student recruitment or education sales, preferably within the UAE.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Education, or a related field.
- Strong consultative selling skills with effective objection-handling capabilities.
- Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
