Job Title: Admission Counselor

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Management & Student Counseling
Respond to inquiries from digital campaigns, walk-ins, events, and social platforms
Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions via phone, WhatsApp, Zoom, or in person
Understand students’ academic background and career aspirations to recommend the right programs
Clearly explain course structure, duration, KHDA & Pearson certifications, fees, and career outcomes
Maintain a courteous, informative, and responsive tone in all communications
2. Admissions Process & Conversion
Manage the complete admissions journey: enquiry → application → enrollment → onboarding
Assist students with document submission, eligibility verification, and visa processing coordination
Follow up consistently to convert leads into enrolled students
Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets
3. Customer Experience & Relationship Management
Be the primary point of contact for prospective students and parents
Address queries, concerns, and objections with empathy and accuracy
Provide ongoing support until the student is successfully onboarded
Promote referrals through trust-based engagement
4. Reporting & CRM Management
Maintain detailed and updated records in CRM and Excel trackers
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly lead and conversion reports
Share insights and feedback to improve lead quality and campaign effectiveness
5. Cross-functional Coordination & Events
Collaborate with marketing, academic, finance, and visa teams
Assist with open houses, info sessions, and student engagement events
Represent EMDI at education fairs, outreach programs, and networking events as needed
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate in any discipline
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in admissions, telesales, or education counseling
Mandatory: Prior experience in the media, events, entertainment, or creative industries (agency, production house, training institute, broadcasting, PR, etc.)
Background in education, customer service, banking, or aviation will be an added advantage
Languages:
Fluent English (Required)
Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu (Preferred)

Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
CRM and Excel proficiency
Self-driven, target-oriented, and highly organized
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: AED 3,500 – AED 6,000 per month (based on experience)
