- Supervise and coordinate all nursery operations including planting, propagation, fertilization, irrigation, pruning, and transplanting.
- Monitor plant health and implement pest and disease control measures.
- Train, guide, and supervise nursery staff and workers.
- Maintain records of plant production, inventory, and sales (if applicable).
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of agricultural tools, equipment, and irrigation systems.
- Implement best practices in sustainable nursery management.
- Plan production schedules to meet demand requirements.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Prepare reports and updates for management regarding nursery performance.
- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Agriculture, Horticulture, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in nursery/plantation/farm management.
- Supervisory and team management skills.
- Ability to plan and organize work effectively.
- Good communication and reporting skills
