Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Air Cutting Plasma Machine Operator to join our fabrication team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining air plasma cutting machines to cut and shape metal components based on technical drawings and specifications. Precision, safety, and efficiency are critical in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate air plasma cutting machines (manual or CNC).
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders.
- Select appropriate cutting tips, nozzles, and parameters based on material type and thickness.
- Secure and position materials accurately on the cutting bed.
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments for optimal performance.
- Inspect cut parts for quality, tolerances, and defects.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines and replace consumables (tips, electrodes, etc.).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
