We are looking for a reliable and experienced Car Wash Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our car wash facility. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of supervisory experience in a similar environment and be computer literate for managing schedules, reports, and inventory systems. This role requires strong leadership, customer service skills, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the car wash staff
- Monitor the quality of vehicle cleaning services to ensure customer satisfaction
- Train, guide, and evaluate car wash attendants
- Schedule employee shifts and ensure proper staffing levels
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues in a professional manner
- Ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Prepare daily and weekly reports (e.g., sales, staffing, maintenance) using basic computer software
- Communicate with management regarding staff performance, repairs, or other operational concerns
- Ensure proper operation and maintenance of car wash equipment
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience as a car wash supervisor or in a similar leadership role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Computer literate (basic knowledge of MS Office, email, and point-of-sale systems)
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications is a plus
