Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Export Sales Executive (English & Arabic-speaking) with strong knowledge of lubricants and oil products to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing lubricant sales in international markets, with a focus on the MENA region and other key export territories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage lubricant export sales in target regions (especially Arabic-speaking markets).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international distributors and clients.
- Execute market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Provide technical product knowledge and guidance to clients.
- Handle export documentation, shipping coordination, and payment follow-ups.
- Work with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and compliance.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in export sales of lubricants (automotive, industrial, or specialty lubricants).
- Strong product knowledge in lubricants, base oils, additives, specifications (e.g., API, SAE).
- Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Proven track record of achieving export sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Familiar with export documentation, INCOTERMS, and international trade regulations.
- Willing to travel internationally as needed.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Mechanical/Chemical Engineering, or related field.
- Existing client network in the MENA, Africa, or Southeast Asia regions.
- Experience with ERP/CRM tools.
