As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dynamic, Arabic-speaking Sales Executive with strong experience in the elevator field to join our team.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Arabic Sales Executive with hands-on experience in the elevator industry to promote our elevator installation and maintenance services. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of elevator systems and a proven track record in sales and client relationship management within the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage sales leads related to elevator installation, modernization, and maintenance projects
- Identify new business opportunities in the construction and building sectors
- Conduct client meetings and technical presentations in Arabic and English
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate elevator solutions
- Collaborate with engineering and project teams to prepare technical proposals and quotations
- Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company policies
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, consultants, and contractors
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and new elevator technologies
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to promote the brand
Requirements:
- Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
- Minimum 2–3 years of proven sales experience in the elevator industry in the UAE or GCC
- Strong understanding of elevator components, types, and installation processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
