Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architect to join our engineering consultancy firm based in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a 1-3 years of architectural experience within the UAE, with a strong background in residential and commercial project design. .
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural designs for residential, industrial, and commercial projects from concept to completion.
- Prepare and present design proposals, feasibility studies, and detailed drawings to clients and authorities.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other engineering teams to integrate architectural solutions.
- Ensure all designs comply with UAE regulations, municipality requirements, and project-specific guidelines.
- Manage project documentation and submission to relevant authorities for approvals.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure alignment with design intent and quality standards.
- Liaise with clients and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Revise and update designs based on feedback from clients, consultants, or governing authorities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 2 years of architectural experience in the UAE within a consultancy environment.
- Proven experience in residential, industrial, and commercial architectural projects.
- Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, regulations, and local authority approval processes.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software, including:
- AutoCAD
- Revit
- SketchUp
- Lumion
- Photoshop
- MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
- UAE Driving License is a must.
