Job Description:
We are hiring an experienced Architect (Joinery or Interior) for our client in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in designing and detailing interior and joinery projects, with hands-on experience in shop drawings, space planning, and site coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural concepts, space planning, and detailed design drawings
- Coordinate with project managers, draughtsmen, and site teams
- Prepare and review joinery/interior drawings and BOQs
- Ensure design compliance with project specifications and client requirements
- Participate in site inspections and resolve design-related issues as needed
Requirements:
- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in joinery or interior projects
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design
- Strong skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design tools
- Excellent knowledge of materials, detailing, and industry standards
- UAE experience is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
