We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a strong command of architectural layouts and be fully familiar with municipality regulations and approval procedures across all Emirates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and develop architectural layouts in full compliance with UAE municipal and authority regulations.
- Coordinate with consultants, main contractors, and approval authorities for timely approvals and execution.
- Collaborate closely with site teams to ensure designs align with actual construction workflows.
- Ensure the project is executed according to local codes and design standards.
- Requirements:
- Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Lumion.
- Excellent understanding of architectural detailing and UAE construction practices.
- Prior experience with authority submissions and approvals is essential.
- Knowledge of MEP and structural coordination is a strong advantage.
Must be able to join immediately.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
