Artistic Swimming Coach and Swimming Teacher (Combined Role)
Hamilton Aquatics Swimming and Training in the Middle East is currently seeking a passionate and experienced Artistic Swimming Coach and Swimming Teacher to join our team. Job Description:
- As an Artistic Swimming Coach and Swimming Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality artistic swimming coaching sessions and learn to swim lessons.
- You will work with swimmers of all ages and abilities, helping them to develop their skills, confidence, and love for the water.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and effective artistic swimming coaching sessions and swimming lessons.
- Assess swimmers' abilities and progress, providing constructive feedback and setting achievable goals.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all swimmers during lessons and coaching sessions.
- Maintain accurate records of swimmers' progress and attendance.
- Communicate effectively with swimmers, parents, and colleagues.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest techniques and best practices in swimming and artistic swimming.
- Assist the Head Coach with artistic swimming competitions.
- Assisting the Artistic Swimming Head Coach with administrative duties.
Qualifications:
- Coaching Artistic Swimming: Artistic Swimming Coach Certificate or Level 2 Award.
- Swimming Teacher's qualification.
- Previous experience in teaching swimming and coaching artistic swimming.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for swimming and helping others achieve their goals.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
