The Asst Manager – Chief of Staff role is responsible for supporting Chief of Staff for optimizing the operating model with focus on bottom line effective management across all international branches that rolls up to the IBG Group Head (GH) and to support Chief of Staff act as an independent and trusted advisor senior management across multiple domains including:
- Governance
- Internal controls
- Strategy and business risk
- International expansion
- Talent management
- Budget formulation
- Cost management
- Product expansion
- Support Chief of Staff to drive optimization efforts in order to improve and bring consistency to the overall IBG Technology governance and control environment in the branches keeping up with the growing nature of IBG business and evolving regulatory dynamics
- Support Chief of Staff Office to contribute to the effectiveness of the governance forums ensuring all material risks associated with IBG business activity are understood, timely escalated, monitored and proactively mitigated through close coordination with the constituents of the 3 lines of defense
- Support Chief of Staff to successfully deliver on all relevant regulatory, supervisory and internal audit inspections
- Support Chief of Staff Office to deliver on the IBG expansion strategy by in coordination with key internal/external stakeholders and executing on a well-controlled business and project plan
- Assist Chief of Staff to Support IBG countries to achieve their respective talent management including
- Nationalization

- Support Chief of Staff Office to provide in-depth analysis of business pipeline, funding model and overall portfolio returns to assess overall business and strategy risks
- Assist Chief of Staff to coordinate with country management and marketing team the establishment of the firm brand in the markets we operate in
- Support Chief of Staff to own the budgetary efforts of IBG business jointly with relevant finance teams
