Job Responsibilities
- Plan, write, and deliver internal messages across intranet, email, leadership notes, and internal newsletters.
- Lead the internal comms planning and execution for the STREAM programme, working with transformation and HR teams.
- Support communications around employee engagement campaigns, change programmes, and leadership updates.
- Coordinate with business units to cascade updates, milestones, and initiatives to employees.
- Ensure consistency in tone, branding, and messaging across all internal touchpoints.
- Help evolve the intranet experience with relevant and timely content.
- Track and report engagement metrics for internal campaigns.
Requirements
Qualification
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing
● 3–5 years of experience in internal or corporate communications.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Experience with intranet CMS platforms, internal email tools, and comms calendars.
- Exposure to large-scale change or transformation programmes is a plus.
