Manage day-to-day operations for key footwear clients such as large format retail chains, distributors, corporate clients, and institutional buyers.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with category buyers, procurement heads, and merchandising teams.
Act as the point of contact for client queries, order tracking, product availability, and service issues.
2. Sales & Revenue Growth:Support the development and execution of seasonal sell-in plans, promotions, and joint business plans (JBPs).
Track order volumes, product off-take, and stock turnover to identify opportunities and drive sales growth.
Collaborate on pricing strategies, bulk orders, and incentive schemes tailored to each account.
3. Product & Assortment Planning:Coordinate with product and merchandising teams to ensure the right mix of styles, sizes, and collections for each account.
Gather market intelligence and customer feedback on trends, demand shifts, and competitor activity to help optimize the product assortment.
4. Order Management & Fulfillment:Liaise with supply chain and warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries and replenishments.
Monitor inventory levels and product availability to minimize stockouts or overstocks.
Ensure compliance with agreed SLAs and support order-to-cash processes.
5. Reporting & Analysis:Prepare sales reports, account performance dashboards, and forecast summaries for internal and client use.
Analyze sell-through data to recommend corrective actions or new opportunities.
Maintain CRM records and documentation for each account.
