We are looking for compassionate and skilled Assistant Nurses to be part of our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
- Monitor patients' vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Administer medications as prescribed and ensure adherence to treatment plans.
- Support patients with mobility, including transferring, walking, and using mobility aids.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment, ensuring proper infection control practices.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.
- Assist with wound care, dressing changes, and other basic medical tasks under supervision.
- Observe and report changes in patients' health or behavior to the supervising nurse or physician.
- Prepare meals and ensure proper nutrition based on dietary requirements.
- Keep accurate records of patient care, including daily logs and report
Requirements
✅ Certification in nursing or healthcare assistance
✅ DOH License or Eligibility Letter
✅ Experience in home care or elder care (preferred)
✅ Strong interpersonal and patient care skills
