About the Job:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Outlet Manager to join Jumeirah Wild Wadi. The role of an Assistant Manager is to operate the Outlet in a professional and efficient manner at all times and making sure that all targets that are set by the Manager met and appropriate actions and administration is taken to achieve these. Also, his/ her role is to lead and act as a role model at all times, ensuring high standards of practice are maintained while motivating, influencing and supporting others to accomplish team and organizational goals.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
- Understand and follow all manufacturers and Dubai Municipality guidelines, Jumeirah and Wild Wadi Standard Operating Procedures in order to exceed the operational requirements and ensure the Guest receives the highest standards of quality products and services at all times.
- Supervise and organize the work of all Colleagues on a daily basis in order to provide standard products and efficient customer service.
- Ensure that appropriate staffing levels are maintained at all times in order to provide enough coverage for Sickness and Holiday Leaves.
- Conduct trainings in the outlet in order to increase the job knowledge and efficiency levels of the colleagues.
- Conduct colleague probationary appraisals, annual appraisals and quarterly feedback sessions in a timely and constructive manner in order to promote career and continuous growth.
- Assists the Chef de Cuisine and the Manager to set up Banquet events and VIP functions in order to provide the required sequence of service.
About You:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- 1 Year experience in a fast food outlet in a supervisory role or a hotel
- Completed HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate)
- Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering Certified, PIC certified
- Workforce Planning, Knowledge of fast food kitchen equipment, food preparation, food service processes and cash handling procedures.
