To drive broker-led sales growth through strategic relationship management, market activation, and performance enablement. This role supports the expansion of Aldar’s broker network locally and internationally, ensuring broker partners are equipped, engaged, and delivering against defined revenue and registration KPIs
Roles & Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador for Aldar and its project portfolio, ensuring maximum visibility and broker buy-in across assigned markets
- Identify, onboard, and activate new broker agencies to support Aldar’s sales targets across UAE and global markets
-Execute structured broker enablement programs including project trainings, workshops, and development briefings
-Support the delivery of broker sales events, exhibitions, and international roadshows in coordination with leadership
-Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align messaging, pricing, product priorities, and campaign strategies
-Manage day-to-day broker relationships, resolving escalations and flagging key risks to the leadership team
-Monitor and report on broker performance, registration trends, campaign impact, and lead quality using Salesforce and internal systems
-Provide insights into international markets, including competitive intelligence, regulatory dynamics, and sales penetration challenges
-Deliver awareness sessions to Aldar internal teams on broker performance, market opportunities, and channel strategies
-Recommend tactical promotions and broker incentives to overcome market-specific barriers and drive activation
-Ensure compliance with Aldar’s broker guidelines and support marketing governance across all broker-facing communications Qualifications & Experience
RELATED YEARS OF EXPERIENCE4+ years in real estate brokerage, developer relations, or channel sales (preferably with regional and international exposure)
FIELD OF EXPERIENCE Real estate / Developer
TECHNICAL AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS- In-depth knowledge of UAE real estate markets (Abu Dhabi & Dubai)-Exposure to international real estate markets (UK, Egypt, China, Russia, India)-Strong understanding of developer sales models and broker ecosystems -Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills -Strong analytical and reporting capabilities-Confident public speaker with sharp presentation and communication skills-Ability to work cross-functionally and manage high-pressure activations/events
QUALIFICATION• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
