Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end sourcing for network operations including maintenance, managed services, and L3 support.
- Consolidate RFx demand and execute sourcing events aligned with operational requirements.
- Translate technical and operational requirements into comprehensive RFx and SoW documents.
- Evaluate supplier proposals with a focus on operational capability, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.
- Negotiate with suppliers to optimize service levels and reduce total cost of ownership.
- Collaborate with network operations teams to ensure sourcing strategies align with service delivery goals.
- Support contract formulation and transition of RFx outcomes into operational agreements.
- Monitor supplier performance and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide market intelligence on telecom operations vendors and pricing trends.
- Participate in agile sprint planning and contribute to sourcing process improvements.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecom Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Postgraduate qualification in Supply Chain or equivalent (preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in telecom network operations and/or procurement.
- Proven experience in sourcing network maintenance, managed services, and technical support.
- Familiarity with telecom vendor ecosystems and pricing models.
- Experience in large telecom groups or multinational telecom environments.
Certifications (Preferred)
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)
- ITIL Foundation or equivalent in service management
- Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
