This Position reports to:
Service Operations Manager
Your Role and Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact. Leads the execution of small projects with low complexity and ensures that all related activities are executed in accordance with company procedures, relevant cybersecurity regulations and standards, contract specifications, quality standards, Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements, cost/profitability targets, and scheduling targets. Includes Project Managers assigned to small projects in the service business.

- Entering Sales Order in SAP after reviewing the order papers given by the sale support

Responsible for managing the project and be the main contact for all facets of project
execution.
- Defining the project schedule and ensuring timely completion.
- Efficiently manage the project documentation.
- Responsible for all the project financial matters and results.
- Initiating the procurement action, further follow-up and monitoring timely receipt of material.
- Generating purchase requisition in SAP for ordering material and sending to SCM email.
- Goods receipt and Final Invoicing to customers and passing POD in SAP.

Qualifications for the Role
- Degree in Electrical Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in handling MV &LV projects
- Strong communication skills & strong connections with our clients in the market
