Requirements:
- Extensive experience in marble and stone works, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD software, with the ability to produce accurate drawings and take quantities from both drawings and site visits.
- Strong technical understanding and the ability to grasp complex situations from drawings.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate in a multi-cultural environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements while maintaining high standards of quality work.
- Familiarity with calculation and drafting software, as well as specialist and standard software.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently within tight deadlines.
- Willingness to undergo a test as part of the interview process.
- Has Joinery or Interior or Marble or Stone works would be preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Resolve planning issues and develop effective solutions.
- Estimate quantities for new tenders and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
- Manage department documents, including incoming and outgoing correspondence.
