Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled AutoCAD Mechanical Draftsman to support client projects. You will create 2D and 3D mechanical drawings, develop shop and as-built drawings, and coordinate with client engineers and project managers. Your work will cover HVAC systems, plumbing, fire fighting, and water systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed mechanical drawings and layouts using AutoCAD.
- Develop shop drawings, as-built drawings, and coordination drawings.
- Draft and design mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, and fire fighting.
- Coordinate with client engineers, project managers, and site teams.
- Update drawings according to site conditions and client feedback.
- Maintain proper documentation and drawing records.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or Drafting.
- Proven 5 years experience as a Mechanical Draftsman in construction/MEP projects.
- Proficient in AutoCAD (2D & 3D).
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, and mechanical systems.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines.
