WE'RE HIRING – EXPERIENCED AUTO ELECTRICIAN (EUROPEAN VEHICLES SPECIALIST) Location: Musaffah, Abu Dhabi Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Site Industry: German Automobile Garage Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred About the Role: We are a reputed German automobile workshop in Musaffah, specializing in premium European vehicles including BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, and Land Rover. We are urgently looking for a highly experienced Auto Electrician with strong command over vehicle electronics, module diagnostics, wiring repair, and programming. The ideal candidate will be proficient in troubleshooting and programming control units such as ECU, DME, FRM, CAS, BDC, and EGS, using OEM-grade tools.
Key Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive diagnosis and repair of electrical systems in European luxury vehicles. Identify faults in critical modules including: ECU (Engine Control Unit) / DME (Digital Motor Electronics) FRM (Footwell Module) CAS (Car Access System) / FEM / BDC (Body Domain Controller) EGS (Transmission Control Unit), KOMBI (Instrument Cluster), JBE (Junction Box) Carry out module programming, flashing, and adaptation using diagnostic platforms such as: BMW ISTA+, E-Sys Mercedes Xentry Autel, Launch, and other advanced tools Rewire, repair, and replace vehicle harnesses, connectors, lighting, and fuse systems. Work with complex systems: CAN, LIN, MOST, FlexRay, etc. Interpret and apply electrical wiring diagrams, schematics, and service bulletins accurately. Ensure quality documentation of all diagnostics and repairs performed. Collaborate with mechanical teams to resolve integrated faults (mechatronic or hybrid systems). Candidate Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience as an auto electrician with BMW and other European brands. In-depth experience with: DME/DDE, FRM, CAS/FEM/BDC, EGS, IHKA, SZL, RDC, Airbag, and Comfort Access systems Key programming / synchronization (BMW CAS / FEM / BDC systems) ECU cloning, immobilizer matching, module replacement protocols Skilled in using OEM diagnostic tools: ISTA+, Rheingold, INPA, Tool32, Xentry, etc. Ability to work on electronic parking brakes, digital instrument clusters, ADAS components, etc. Excellent understanding of CAN Bus communication, short detection, and relay logic. Recognized automotive electrical qualification/certification (ITI/Diploma/Equivalent). Strong English communication skills (Arabic or Hindi is an advantage).
