Job Type: Full-time, on-site.
Location: Abu Dhabi.
- Engage with customers to understand their car care needs.
- Provide suitable solutions and products based on customer needs.
- Offer expert advice on automotive products.
- Manage sales transactions.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Handle both in-door and out-door daily tasks.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
Qualifications
Required Skills & Attributes:
- Proficiency in Customer Service and Sales.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- A valid Driving license.
Required Knowledge & Experience:
- Knowledge of the automotive industry and its products.
- Understanding of insurance related to car care services.
Preferred:
- Experience in the automotive industry.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
