Requirements:
- Experience in supervising luxury bar operations
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, and premium spirits
- Excellent leadership and guest engagement skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage bar staff, inventory, and daily operations
- Ensure top-quality presentation and service of beverages
- Innovate and maintain high-end beverage menus
- Monitor bar profitability and customer satisfaction
