Introduction:
We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about coffee, excellent at providing exceptional customer service, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages according to company standards.
Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu selections.
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and dining area.
Handle cash register operations and process transactions accurately.
Maintain stock levels and restock supplies as needed.
Follow health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
Upsell products and promote ongoing promotions.
Collaborate with team members to deliver a positive customer experience.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage preparation is a plus.
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
