Barista For a new play area in DUBAI.
· Deliver customer service to Company & host brand standards including food and beverage preparation and housekeeping.
· Deliver legendary customer service to all customers by acting with a customer-comes-first attitude and connecting with the customer.
· Discover and responds to customer needs
· Maintain a calm demeanour during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep Cafe operating with high standard and to set a positive ambience to customers and colleagues.

· Always Anticipate Customer needs by continually evaluating the café’s environment and ensuring that all customers’ needs are proactively acted upon

· Ensure that there is always effective communication with the Team Leader
·
· Provide quality beverages, & food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards set by the Centre.
·
· Ensure that Health, Safety and Sanitation guidelines for all products are adhered to.
· Ensure that all SOPs are continually adhered to
· Ensure products used in the Café are within the permitted shelf life.
· Assist the Team Leader with the management of stock controls and ensure that inventory records are accurately maintained
· In line with Company Policies and Procedures ensure compliance of all cash handling
· Assist with the preparation of “cash up” and general sales reports
Ensure effective upselling on all products and services
