We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Bartender cum Waiter to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in both mixing drinks and serving tables, along with a friendly attitude, excellent communication skills, and a strong sense of hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
Bartending Duties:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests as per recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Ensure stock levels of bar ingredients and notify management of low inventory
- Follow all safety and hygiene standards for handling beverages
- Check identification to ensure minimum age requirements for consumption
Waiter Duties:
- Greet guests and take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve orders promptly while maintaining presentation and quality standards
- Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about ingredients or specials
- Ensure tables are clean, set up properly, and cleared efficiently after use
- Handle guest requests and complaints politely and professionally
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a bartender, waiter, or a similar dual-role position
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and bar hygiene standards
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Neat appearance and good communication in [Insert Required Language(s)]
- Flexibility to work evening shifts, weekends, and holidays
