At LXR Hotels & Resorts, guest journeys begin the moment they arrive. As a Bell Desk Supervisor, you will lead the Bell team to ensure every guest receives a warm welcome, seamless assistance, and a truly memorable first and last impression of the hotel.
What will I be doing?
As Bell Desk Supervisor, you will:
Supervise daily Bell Desk operations, ensuring the smooth handling of guest arrivals, departures, and luggage services.
Lead and motivate the Bell team to deliver attentive, courteous, and efficient service at all times.
Oversee valet parking, transportation requests, and deliveries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Maintain strong communication with Front Office, Concierge, and other departments to support guest needs.
Train and develop team members, ensuring service standards are consistently upheld.
Manage scheduling, task assignments, and performance monitoring for the Bell team.
Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly, turning challenges into positive experiences.
Ensure the Bell Desk area, equipment, and storage facilities are well maintained, safe, and organized.
Perform additional tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the Front Office.
What are we looking for?
The ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience in a supervisory or senior Bell/Concierge role within luxury hospitality.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
Excellent customer service skills and a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.
Good knowledge of the local area, attractions, and transportation options.
Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Professional presentation and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
