  1. Finalization of corporate bills and insurance GOP bills and ensuring timely submission to the companies by emails/transport.
  2. Finalization of Intercompany, staff billing and cash due bills.
  3. Submission of bills via portal to various companies as needed by the corporate companies.
  4. Correspondence and liaising with internal departments on requirements related to bill finalization.
  5. Correspondence with insurance department and the other internal departments regarding the correction of GOP’s wherever needed as per the services rendered.
  6. Correspondence with external corporate companies on billing requirements and invoice submissions.
  7. Filing of invoices and documents of corporate companies.

Submission of Insurance, cash, and corporate bills through Shafafiya Portal

  1. Bachelor of Commerce
  2. Two years minimum of experience.
  3. Knowledge of insurance billing procedure.
  4. Knowledge of principles and practices of bookkeeping.
  5. Knowledge in using computer and related software applications.
  6. Extreme organization skills.
  7. Communication, interpersonal skills as applied to interaction with co-workers, supervisor and customers.
