We're looking for BIM Modeler/REVIT Draftsman that specializes in architecture modeling & drawings to be based in Dubai. Candidates without architecture experience will be rejected immediately.
For this role, you will have the following responsibilities:
- 3D Architectural modelling & 2D drafting and detailing & coordination.
- Complete design coordination with design team.
- Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure the modelling proceeding in complete coordination with all the partners of the project.
- Attention to detailed Modelling, as-built drawings, plans, elevations, Sections, and architectural shop drawings.
- Modify plans to suit the needs of the project.
- Customized Revit family creations, effective architecture modelling.
- Sheet generation for all stages of submissions & exporting the files into various formats.
- Updates models/ drawings as per changes in design and material approval for each project work.
Understanding BIM Workflow, Work-sharing and Collaboration is a must.
Requirements:
To be considered, you need to meet the following requirements:
- Drafting/BIM Skill
- Must have experience in architecture drawings
- Immediate joiners available in UAE
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Revit
- Minimum 2+ years of GCC experience
- Experience in the Construction industry
- Diploma/B.Arch. / ITI

- Communication Skill
