The ideal candidate will have BE/B.TEch Degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture or relevant field and have minimum 6 years experience as BIM Modeller. Proficieny in Revit, AUTOCAD, Navisworks and BIM Collabrate Pro.
Principle Accountability
· Develop and implement BIM Execution Plans
· Coordination with all stakeholders to establish project requirement.
· Oversee creation and maintian 3D BIM
· Conduct clash detection and resolution process.
Primary Performance Metrics
· Ensure initianting BIM Projects with proper setup (online and Offline Platforms)
· Responsible for Evaluation of RFI's and respond to contactor RFI's
· Develop, maintain and manage BIM project delivery schedules
Expected Deliverable in first 6 months
· Preparation of clash detection / resolution reports
· Prepare and Maintain BIM Project Execution plan
· Extract and review Billof quantities fro developed BIM Model
· Maintain BIM model in Autodesh Construction/ BIM 360 / BIM Collabrate Pro
