Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Bobcat Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating skid-steer loaders (Bobcats) safely and efficiently on construction sites, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate Bobcat/skid-steer loader to move, load, or spread materials.
- Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance.
- Ensure safe operation in compliance with site safety standards.
- Assist with loading/unloading and other site-related tasks as required.
- Report any mechanical issues or safety hazards immediately.
Requirements:
- Valid equipment operator license/certification.
- Minimum 3 years of experience operating a Bobcat/skid-steer.
- Strong knowledge of safety standards and procedures.
- Physical fitness and ability to work in outdoor/site environments.
