Job Title: Body Shop Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Body Shop Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our multi-brand auto garage. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in supervising body and paint repair works, managing technicians, ensuring quality standards, and delivering excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the body shop (dent, paint, and accident repair works).
- Assign tasks to technicians and monitor productivity, quality, and timelines.
- Ensure repairs are performed to manufacturer standards for multiple vehicle brands.
- Conduct final inspections before vehicle delivery to ensure top-quality workmanship.
- Manage workflow to meet promised delivery schedules.
- Provide technical guidance and training to team members when required.
- Ensure workshop safety standards and proper use of tools & equipment.
- Prepare job estimates, assist in insurance claim processes, and coordinate with service advisors.
- Maintain inventory of body shop consumables, tools, and materials.
- Resolve customer complaints and maintain a high level of satisfaction.
- Report daily activities and performance to management.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in automotive body shop operations with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of multi-brand vehicles, body repair techniques, and paint processes.
- Familiarity with accident/insurance repair handling.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team of technicians.
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is an advantage).
- Valid UAE Driving License preferred.
- Based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate.
