We are hiring a results-driven Bodyshop Manager to lead our accident repair operations, manage workflow, and ensure high-quality standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Bodyshop Manager
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Deep knowledge of accident repair processes and insurance workflows
- Experience with luxury vehicles and major structural repairs
- Able to manage KPIs, workshop productivity, and quality control
- Fluent in English; Arabic or Hindi is a plus
