✔ Valid UAE Heavy Equipment License (or relevant certification)
✔ Minimum 3-5 years of UAE experience operating Boom Loaders
✔ Knowledge of safety protocols and equipment maintenance
✔ Ability to handle loading/unloading efficiently
✔ Physically fit for demanding work
