Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, development, and execution of brand strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive activity to identify opportunities for brand growth.
- Support the creation and management of advertising, promotional, and digital content aligned with brand guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies on creative development, media planning, and campaign execution.
- Monitor brand performance metrics (e.g., sales, market share, campaign ROI) and prepare regular reports.
- Assist with budget tracking and invoice management for brand marketing activities.
- Help develop packaging, point-of-sale materials, and other marketing collateral.
- Participate in new product development, launches, and promotional initiatives.
- Conduct research and gather insights to inform product positioning and messaging.
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and channels.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in brand coordination / management, product marketing, or related roles.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data interpretation.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with tools like Google Analytics or similar is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
