We are seeking a motivated and experienced Outdoor Salesman for Building Materials to join our sales team.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in selling construction and building materials, a strong understanding of the market, and excellent networking skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively identify and engage new clients within the construction and building industry.
- Visit construction sites, contractors, and developers to promote and sell building materials.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to meet customer requirements.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in outdoor sales, preferably in building materials or construction-related products.
- Strong client relationship management skills.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales goals.
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
