We are seeking a reliable and responsible Staff Bus Driver to transport company employees safely and efficiently between designated locations such as accommodation, worksites, and offices. The ideal candidate must have a valid driving license, excellent driving record, and a strong sense of responsibility and punctuality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate company-provided bus/vehicle to transport employees between accommodation, office, and other assigned destinations.
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies at all times.
- Perform daily checks on vehicle condition (oil, water, lights, brakes, tires) and report any maintenance needs immediately.
- Keep vehicle clean, well-maintained, and presentable at all times.
- Maintain accurate daily records of trips, mileage, fuel usage, and passengers as required.
- Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off of staff according to schedule.
- Respond calmly and appropriately in case of vehicle breakdowns or emergencies.
- Coordinate with transport supervisor for route updates, changes, or staff requirements.
- Report any incidents, accidents, or delays to management promptly.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Valid UAE heavy vehicle/bus driving license.
- Minimum [2-5] years of experience as a professional driver, preferably in a staff transportation role.
- Good communication skills in [English/Arabic/Other preferred language].
- Professional appearance and courteous behavior.
- Ability to work early mornings, late evenings, and weekends, if required.
- Physical fitness and ability to assist with minor luggage or emergencies.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,200.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
