The Bus Driver is responsible for the safe and timely transportation of company staff to and from designated pickup and drop-off points. This role requires strict adherence to traffic laws, company policies, and safety procedures to ensure a secure and comfortable commute for employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate the company bus on assigned routes for staff pick-up and drop-off.
- Follow the designated schedule and ensure punctual arrival and departure.
- Adhere to all UAE traffic rules, regulations, and company driving policies.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene inside the bus at all times.
- Perform basic vehicle inspections before each trip (fuel, oil, brakes, lights, tyres).
- Report any mechanical issues or maintenance needs to the Transport Supervisor promptly.
- Keep accurate trip logs, mileage, and fuel consumption records as required.
- Remain courteous, professional, and customer-focused at all times.
- Ensure no unauthorized passengers or goods are transported.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Valid UAE Heavy Vehicle Driving License (No:3 & No.6).
- Minimum 1 years of driving experience in the UAE (preferably as a bus driver).
- Ability to communicate effectively in Hindi (knowledge of other languages is an advantage).
- Physically fit and able to work flexible hours, including early mornings or late evenings.
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and safety awareness.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
